The most important month in the Tibetan calendar is Saga Dawa, the 4th lunar the 15th day of the 4th lunar month.
Every year, during the month of Saga Dawa, over several days, the nuns at Jamyang Choling Nunnery read the entire Tibetan Buddhist canon or Kangyur, the 108 volumes of the spoken words of the collection of the Buddha's teaching from 3rd June to 11th 2025.
